So I get most of my studying done at work (shhhhh…. don’t tell on me.) Mostly because I’m so tired when I get home & I still gotta cook. Anyways, I started IF (intermittent fasting) last night and I’m doing a 14-10 schedule. Wish me luck! I need to get myself back on track with my weight loss and logging what I eat. It’s honestly harder for me to remember to log what I eat than it is for me to remember to study when I’m tired. Fasting is hard though. Well, not really hard per say, but I always get extra hungry when I’m not supposed to be eating. I’m going to try to update weekly or bi-weekly on this with my progress. I’ve got about 40 lbs to go to hit my goal weight. I had lost weight during quarantine, but have gained it since I’ve been back. I think I did the reverse of everyone else.

Also, for the first time since the pandemic started, I found one container of disinfecting wipes. Shout-out to my local Piggly wiggly.

I’ve got an enormous amount of books I need to read, but these are the two that will be occupying my time until I’m through with them.
